Based on battery free passive UHF the uPASS Reach reader offers a cost effective and enduring solution for parking access. The uPASS Reach reader offers long range vehicle identification up to 5 meters [16,4 ft]* using the latest UHF technology. (* : when used according to the recommended guideline as described in the uPASS Reach Installation Guide.)

Compatible with existing access control and parking systems, uPASS Reach complies with the ISO 18000 6 c and EPC global Gen2 directive, reading battery-less UHF (EPC Gen 2) access control cards. Nedap formatted tags are available for added security.

NEDAP uPass Access

The uPASS Access is an ultra-small UHF reader for hands-free door access. Based on passive UHF technology, people are identified up to 2 meters (6,5 feet). The uPASS Access complies with the ISO18000-6C and EPC global Gen 2 directive. Typical applications include hands-free door access in hospitals, office buildings, gated communities, care homes and universities.

The UHF Windshield tag is featured with an excellent adhesive to allow quick and easy installation inside the vehicle to the windshield. The thin, flexible, UHF sticker format is easy to install and offers a tamper resistant automatic vehicle identification solution by way of permanently affixing it to the windshield. The tag is protected against harmful UV rays.

NEDAP UHF Combi Card

The UHF Combi Card is featured with long-range UHF and proximity or smartcard technology. It ensures the use of one single card for both vehicle and building access applications.
Based on passive UHF technology, the UHF Combi Card is identified up to 10 meters [33 feet] with uPASS Target, 5 meters [16 feet] with uPASS Reach or 2 meters [6 feet] with uPASS Access. The card does not contain a battery and is maintenance free.

Typical applications include secure access to parking areas in combination with building access at gated communities, universities and offices.

The UHF Exterior Tag is a passive UHF transponder offering long range identification of vehicles at a distance of up to 10 meters [33 ft] with uPASS Target or 5 meters [16 ft] with uPASS Reach*.
